delivery needs.

  • How do I schedule my delivery?
    To schedule your delivery, you can call the place of purchase or Mr. Movers at 870.336.2533.
  • How can I know when to expect my delivery?
    A. You will receive a call the day before your delivery to inform you of your 2-hour delivery window time.
  • How can I track my delivery?

  • What happens if I miss my delivery?
    A. If a delivery is missed due to you not being home during your 2-hour delivery window, you will need to call and reschedule your delivery through Mr. Movers at 870.336.2533
  • What if there is a problem with my delivery?
    If you have any issues with your delivery items and refuse said items, you will need to sign off on the refusal with detailed notes on the occurrence and reach out to the Damages and Claims department at 870.336.3880 to follow up on your service order.
